Historic Landmark in Nashville

Washington Square, a designated National Register of Historic Places located on historic Second Avenue at Union Street in downtown Nashville, is a multi-structure office building featuring scenic views of the Cumberland River and the Nissan Stadium. KWP has managed the landmark property for 20 years for a private European investor, and overseen over $10 million of building and tenant improvements – notably, modernizing restrooms, interior façade and window and trim replacement that met historic preservation requirements. Additional projects overseen include the construction of fitness and conference centers, as well as upgraded lobby renovations.

Built in 1878, Washington Square is an assemblage of several buildings on one block that were renovated as one office building. The building features brick facades and large double hung windows.
