Doheny Sunset, built in 1937, is a sophisticated historic building boasting old Hollywood glamour in a rare Sunset Strip-Beverly Hills location. The property is comprised of 16 units on three floors with two- and three-bedroom units featuring high ceilings, crown molding, dark hardwood floors and large living rooms with fireplace. KWP has managed the asset since January 2024 and has overseen several capital projects such as a landscape upgrade and individual unit renovations.
KWP is currently working with the City of West Hollywood on obtaining approval to replace all exterior windows throughout the complex.
